Ordering online

Placing orders online Ordering online is quick and simple – we accept all major credit cards through a secure PayPal interface (you will not need a PayPal account to buy through PayPal). Add items to your basket and follow the delivery address, delivery info and payment screen to quickly and securely complete your order.

Using discount codes and coupons

If you have a discount code or coupon you can enter it in the shopping basket and click 'Apply', or when checking out, enter your discount code on the payment screen and click 'Apply' – the special offer will automatically be applied to your order. Please note that offer codes and vouchers may have time-limited or other conditions, if your order does not meet the conditions (e.g. if your discount code is out of date) the discount will not be applied by the shopping basket. Purchase orders

We accept official purchase orders from institutions and organisations by email, post or online (payments can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer).

Ordering by email

You can order by email using an attached purchase order.

Electronic orders (EDI)

We accept electronic book orders from Booksellers via Nielsen Bookdata. See Resources for booksellers.

Ordering by post

We accept orders by post – please ensure that if you send us an order in writing that you specify the ISBN or stock code of the book you want, the format (e.g. Paperback), details of your delivery address, full name and a phone number where we can contact you if there are any problems with your order. You will need to calculate the postage for your order and add this onto the price of the books (postage rates can be found here). Please write your name and bank account number on the reverse of your cheque.

If you are purchasing for a library or organisation you can apply for a credit account - please contact us with your institution's details via our Contact Page.

Returning books to Pelagic Publishing

If you are not satisfied with your books you may return them within 14 days of receipt. Please post your book back to us (Pelagic Publishing, PO Box 725, Exeter, EX1 9QU) using a standard shipping method (not a signed for service). We will refund your books and outward postage costs on receipt of the returned goods.
